Sooner or later most of us have that experience. What I have always done was immediately separate what I can do about it, from what I know I can't do about it. If this thing required me to take some sort of action, then I went to work deciding what that action needed to be. Once I decided I'd done all I could do I let the chips fall where they may. dealt with what came from it, and moved on along the road, reminding myself, as always, that no matter what this thing happened to be, and in whatever way it affected me, personally, there sure were a lot of people out there dealing with a whole lot worse. That's life. Sometimes you're the pigeon. Sometimes you're the statue LOL.

Could anything be less specific? If it's life threatening, report it. If it doesn't concern you otherwise, forget it. In general, always keep your eyes and ears open, but your mouth shut, again unless there is a real danger.
