I like some of them, but give me an action flick with a hot, steamy relationship in it too! Passion is what it's all about, no matter what kind of movie it is. The best 'chick flicks' are the ones that are also passionate, like Gone With the Wind..... ;)

If I do not like a film, I turn it off rather than waste my life so that I can criticise later. Some of the so called chick flicks do have general appeal eg 'Gone With the Wind' while others eg 'Pretty Woman' can have little appeal to any man.

I hate Girls Gone Wild videos, and those are the absolute sum of chick flick.

What really gets me annoyed, is how these films are portrayed, like boy meets girl, then play hard to get, and fall in love etc... i mean wtf? it is difficult enough in real life for someone to be attracted to oneself, and think wow!! in these flicks, they make it look like a piece of cake, to use the word cliched, would be an understatement.
But these films are boring, because they churn out the same sappy, endings...the worst film i ever watched? 50 first dates...i didnt get it, the plot was just dry, i dont know how i managed to sit through it all...how about a real life chick flick, of my love life, id love to see how the box office takings fare...

enough to string the producers via scrotums, or labia depending, and beat them like a pinata.
Chick flix, aka, romance or romantic comedies, feature romance scenes usually make a woman go wild with the idea of the relationship working out in the end, making them go insane for the Idea, and it ruins their own relationship.

Well - I don't necessarily enjoy them... but I do like my lady to be happy... so I'll definitely go, hold her hand or her shoulder if she gets unduly tearful...
And I'll give her much snuggles afterwards...
Girls are girls - and we need to respect them. They put up with my explosions are cool - so I think us guys should respect and attend the things they like.
All about sharing - just missing the girl at this point...

I HATE THEM!!!!!!!
There are simply no words to describe the overflowing hatred I possess for them. They SHOULD DIE!
And I also hate that because I'm a chick, I'm supposed to like them! And I go to chill with friends and they want to watch them and I WANT TO DIE!!

i dont hate them. Sometimes they get on my nerves because they are unrealistic though. I love to cry and I love romance movies. It's just becuase i'm sensitive and romantic. You must be a guy. It's really sad that guys aren't romantic and sensitive.
