Your girlfriend is experiencing what most women go through at least once in their lives. She's about to be having her period and it will be a good one, probably heavy flow.
Tell her to take it easy. She can take Midol and eat plenty of iron rich foods to ease up on the fatigue for her. Midol also helps to ease tension, bloating and cramping.
More suggestions to ease bloating and cramping:
Chocolate
Abdominal excersize (That may sound funny now but it works in the end)
Warm baths (not too many bubble or milk baths or she'll come off her period seeking a doctor for a yeast infecftion)
and a heating pad for her abdominal area.
Let her know everything will be fine. :)

That usually normal. I have horrible headaches as well. Birth control pills or shots can help with the problems. The shot often causes the everything to go away: pain, bleeding and bloating. Have her see a good ob or medical doctor who cares for womens reproductive health.

Those all sound like symptoms of PMS and she should be getting her period in a few days or even sooner. I occassionally cramp before my period, feel bloated, and I also get backaches.

No you don't have to have cramps before your period. The soreness that she feels in her breast may be an early sign of pregnancy.

No... in fact I would say premenstrual cramps are one of the more unusual PMS symptoms. They certainly do exist, though, and ibuprofen will often help take the edge off of them.
