Many sites have search criteria that allows you to select only townhomes.

also, craigslist.org - when you search, just include townhome in your search criteria.

I don't know where you live but the military usually has good web sites for people transferring to their areas. I live by Travis Air Force Base and their site is great:

If you have an army base or something in your vicinity, try looking at their web site for links to housing.
