David Thomas caught five passes for 83 yards and a touchdown in Week 16.
The Patriots have receivers coming out of the woodwork. The Texas rookie showed surprising athleticism after breaking a tackle on a 36-yard catch and run. He also made a diving 22-yard touchdown grab. If Daniel Graham leaves via free agency, Thomas and Ben Watson will make an impressive pass-catching tight end duo next year.

and since Watson might not play and Vick not targeting Crumpler much, is this this wise move?

Here is the sane question, who did you draft in your league originally as your frist TE, Crumpler or David Thomas?

Tom Brady sometimes throw to 12 different receivers in games! Would you want to take that chance in an important fantasy game?

Crumpler has 50 catches, over 700 yards and 7 TD's and is Vicks #1 choice in a game, and stats will back that up. If you even consider starting Thomas you will be kicking yourself in the skull come Sunday night dude TRUST ME!

Crumpler is the smart and only play, good luck in your game!

Can't really help much here... It really depends on what you need. If you are at risk of getting blown out and need a home run play, then go with Thomas. However, if you need to be consistent and make sure you get something... start Crumpler.
