I have just retired early need a change

It depends on the job you are hired for. US Post office is not fast about it either. I took their test, and a little over 2 years later was offered a job. Different position offer different wages, but I would say they start at about 9 dollars an hour, up to about 12.50 an hour. They also generally start you at part time just like Fed Ex and UPS (I worked for both of them), so don't be expecting a lot of hours. It is a demanding job as well, so be prepared! One fantastic thing about them is their benefits package. Good luck!

i know a postman, he sez 350 a week min, but it can be hard work. you have to be fit.

i think postman would be fun cuz you could explore different places and also its easy...
