What is a jubilee club?

I have a project, related to some recreational activities, but I have NO idea what a jubilee club is! Do you?

It is sometimes used as a name for a club that puts on a float in the Mardi Gras.

There are several different Jubilee Clubs. The word Jubilee refers to a specific date, such as a fifty year anniversary. With a name in front of it, you can tell which date; Golden Jubilee = 50, Silver = 25.
