he doesn't even have a current plan. Stay the course will ensure the war never ends and make a post war plan completely unnecessary.

You either have to wait until he delivers one, or ask him yourself. Just because Saddam is dead, doesn't mean the war is over, yet. Iraq is not the number one terrorist training ground. Because of US, and Britain's presense, terrorists there are being hunted, and it is unsafe for training purposes. If terrorists train, they would do it in countries like Seria, Iran, Jordan, Yemen, and African countries, where the war isnt. Iraq is well on it's way to democracy, and if you know anything about American history, you will know it takes a long time. These people are new to freedom, give them a chance to learn and understand it, just as we needed to. It's the right thing to do.

He doesn't confide in me. And I doubt in anyone else here so anything said is conjecture.

Likely what he stated all along. To leave behind a token force after things have been settled. Actually, my thoughts are that Iraq will make a great forward base to guard western interests in the region from. Once Iraq is stabilized, Iran will begin to experience tyurmoil from within and the theocratic rulers will be toppled in favor of a democratic government. It's all good man!

Post war what is that war never ends.
There are plenty of other countries to invade
1. Iran
2. Syria
3. Pakistan
4. Bangladesh

he has no post war plan. he has already stated that the war will still be going on when the next President takes office. Maybe he has already forgot about the war, like he forgot about bin laden.

Bush's plan is what he has always said it was: get the hell out of Dodge.
As soon as the Iraqis can handle it, we're gone.
Never been a mystery.
(Clinton was the one that allowed and encouraged the Terrorist Training Camps, by trying to be buddies with bin Laden.)
Because of Clinton, the Terrorists thought we were cowards.
Don't you remember?
