i have a lan network and i want to set some rulz on those computers for exampel i want to limets on the download (for exampel they mustt not pass 64kb) and block the traffic etc... remotly..... is there a software that can do that?
I know there are servers taht can do that but iam looking for a software
Iam not looking for a program for a server caz iam using a router.

you can not do this with a router.

You should be able to do this at the router level. However, since you didn't mention the brand of the router I'm only going to be able to give you general areas to further research.

I don't think you'll need to install any additional software packages to make this happen... but you will need to do a bit of homework. These are slightly more advanced features in routers.

Setting the limits on downloading:
You need to look in the instructions manual for your router and look into "Rate Limiting" or "Quality of service". These two terms mean basically the same thing... setting a maximum download speed for a node in the network.

Blocking the traffic:
Depending on the router you have, you either need to edit your access rules or your firewall settings (some routers have firewall functions)
