Just so you know that there are many women who can kick plenty of @ss 'real' men or not.
Chances are you are asking this question becuase you are not a real man in the first place. Real men don't ask these kinds of questions nor do they feel the need to boost themselves by fighting.

I actually know a woman who can beat the crap out of any man she comes across. She is vicious and I do mean vicious. No one will cross her - men or women. Thank goodness we don't run in the same crowds. She has stabbed her men, shot at her men and generally beat the crap out of them. And I'm talking big, bad mean men that most men wouldn't take on. She needs to be in the Guinness Book of World Records as most vicious human alive today, lol. happy new year

Beat a trained woman who's defending her kids. In fact try beating one who isn't necessarily trained. Either way, no guarantee even a large fit guy will win.
