I personally, find it very difficult not to.Have you any tips?(Don't say don't drink)

i dont think your the only one, i always say i ant going to drink alot and i always do. it always seems like a good idea at the time. lol.
ive said tonight im not going to have a lot to drink, had to much last night, but i know when im there it will all go out the window and have a massive hangover in the morning...

It's called tolerance....... I can drink 14 beers one after another before I even start getting a buzz, when I'm not drinking beer, I'm drinking crown royal and water, that takes about 10.
And in my town if you get drunk and have to drive its your own stupidty, because you'll be spending the night in a motel room with no window.

Drink two glassed of water to every drink you have, water down your drinks with ice, miss a round and then have a drink every second round.
Eat a good meal and eat in between.

Drink slowly...pace yourself...find some other things to occupy your time...talk, play games, eat...it's easy to do. I can't remember the last time I was wasted on New Year's.

Simple. Drink club soda with a lemon, nurse it. Have a drink now and again. Before you go, have a nice dinner.

make sure you have plenty to eat before you go out and drink plenty of water before hand that way you wont want to drink so much

they're smart and not into the whole immature getting drunk scene.
They're cool enough to have a good time and not need anything to "affect" their good time.
