Absolutely! I've learned quite a bit from the constructive feedback others offer. Sure it can be unconfortable to listen to others criticize your work or whatever, but most of the time you can take at least one point and apply it. If we don't strive to improve we stagnate.

Yes, and I try to work on the things people critique me about...unless it's ridiculous then I tell them to F*CK OFF..lol

I listen to critiques only if they are ultimately to better myself...negative of positive...to strive for a better me.
