I am a fantasy writer as well. :] Without knowing your characters well, it's difficult for people to pick names for you, but there are some good sites to can visit:
http://behindthename.com/ - Check the mythological names, as well as any names from the British Isles, as it lists several names used in the past that might sound "fantasyish".
Also take a look at random generators for endless fun:
http://nine.frenchboys.net/
http://www.rinkworks.com/namegen/
http://www.seventhsanctum.com/gens/namer.html (popular site, but I've never come up with anything particularly useful using this...)
http://ebon.pyorre.net/ - Everchanging Book of Names. You have to download it, but it's very very useful.

For the boy, how about something with an "S"? Samuel, Seth, something like that, with an old-world farmboy sort of feel.
For the girl, something light and airy to go with the pixie theme- maybe Abigail (Abby for short?), Jess, Tara, something similar.
And you don't describe the villain much- is it a man or woman? Creature? But how about a unisex, cool name like Puyna, Hycisth, Rund . . . a little weird like that?
