Um...he's dead. Keep up will ya?

EDIT:
______________
THAT mission was indeed accomplished. The toppling of Saddam was the mission referred to. And the banner had to do with the ship, not the President. Of course that has been mentioned how many times..

When Iran is operating under a free democracy and most of the other ME nations have realized that they won't be allowed to wage war on Israel and western nations, then the mission will be completely accomplished.

No. He was never part of the war on terror. He was just a guy who didn't duck when he should have. Just one less despot gone, dozens more to go. Mission will never be accomplished because there is no defined mission.

In 300 BC Alexander the Great toppled Darius and sacked his palace.

For the last 2300 years Persians (Iranians) Burn and torture effigies of Alexander Cursing his existence.

I'm thinking these Cradle of Civilization people take the death of a King more serous than most Redsters give them credit for.

Go big Red Go

No, I don't believe that the war will be won just because Saddam has been executed. Especially given that we wasted the last three concentrating on the wrong group of people.

To those who think there was indeed a "war on terror" I suggest they start looking for Santa, Rapunzel, and Cinderella, as those are actually more real than that shitload of lies that america created to keep its people under a permanent state of fear and therefore approving any war it throws.

The War on Terror (minus your infantile scare quotes) will be over when Muslim militants cease murdering people. Saddam was one of its great supporters.

No, it's not accomplished.
But Bush is trying, despite the terrorists and their little buddies, right here on Yahoo.
(Saddam has been dead quite awhile.)
What country do you live in that you didn't know that?????????????
