i think her name was vicki and she had one brother and mom and dad...the brother would always get into some kind of trouble and robo-sis would save the day...i used to watch this all the time in mid 90's but cannot remember the name of the show for the life of me please help

The show is Small Wonders. Her brother in the show, is the lead singer for the Smashing Pumpkins :-)
I used to watch that show all the time when I was younger.
Talk about a flash back to the past!

Yea, I think it was called Small Wonder (hated it.) The voice got REALLY annoying after 30 seconds.
