I think sometimes peoples lives just head in different directions and their interests change along the way, that doesnt mean that you have to stop being friends though.
Talk with your friend let her know you miss her, just because she has a new friend doesnt mean that you two have to end yours. Ask her if you have done something or have hurt her feelings and make sure she knows how important she is to you!!
It could be a nice gesture to offer for all of you to do something together, atleast offer. If not atleast you tried... in the mean time try connecting with other friends or family members.
Remeber there is nothing wrong with having new friends but dont forget the old ones either ;) good luck!

Burn!!! Sorry for the loss of your friend!!! I think she is just a little brat!! I would be crushed if my best friend dumped me for someone else. I practically live at my BFF`s house and she practically lives at my house on Thursdays especially. Try to move on or tell her that you miss being her friend.

Yes. If you wree friends with someone for 7 years and then you just drop them for someone you've only known for a few years, then the relationship with ur other friend wasnt as strong as it seemed to be.

I think this person doesn't know one can't have too many friends.... why get rid of one for another? Why not just add them into the existing friendship
