First rip open my top(i´m fortunate to have large breasts) then kick him in his crown jewels.When he lunges downwards in pain connect the right knee to his chin and hopefully catch his teeth as they project from his bloodied mouth.

I fought a guy once, and I started by punching him 3 times really quickly in the face. That's a huge distraction! They are not going to expect you to do that and while they are processing the fact that you hit him in the face you will have time to do it again and again.
Your elbow is a great weapon too. One good elbow to the nose or ribs will do. Also, if you are face to face and you can smell his breath, head butt him. Hit the bridge of his nose with your forehead, HARD. sometimes it will break, or at least start bleeding

Hm lets see, ok well you could try these following moves:
Round house Kick- turn to your side then with alot of force turn your body so that your leg kicks his side.
Front kick- like it says ha do a low one.
