I'm not sure, my Scorpio/Capricorn marriage didn't.
but if you still need to know about free/low fee vets in the area The Humane Society in Orange park off Blanding (Filmore) is very low cost for all treatments including spay/neutering. And they're really nice.

They say that same-sign relationships are the most sacred, but also the most challenging.
Kinda have to bear in mind that you have to be compassionate with one another, even (especially?) when both of you are having a crappy time of it. And make sure you love yourself. The things you don't like about yourself will be what you dog your partner about. Guaranteed.
Or the reverse: whatever it is that you catch yourself dogging your partner about will be things you need to work on in your own life.
I see this material all the time: I'm an Aries dating an Aries. If that can work (and it does), ANYTHING'S POSSIBLE!!!

it depends on them i think. my friend maria and her boyfriend have been together for 2 years now, and they're both scorpios only born a few days apart. It can work!!
