Now, I'm not a Saddam supporter at all, he was a sadistic pig; but why are some of us (myself included) so interested in seeing this man hanging by a rope? I know I've been searching the net the past few minutes looking for a clip and I can't understand my desire to see it.

I mean, secretly we all are a bit curious on seeing the clip. Not to mention it is a HUGE event in history.

Because its like watching a car accident on the highway, a huge amount of people find entertainment in wrong things. Or when people pay to see coc*k fights. Some people can have sick desires, but it is mainly curiosity which is human nature. I included want to see the video.

I think it's just to see this guy who was once so powerful and ruled Iraq with an iron fist and had everybody scared of him. Just to see him helpless and dead knowing he can't hurt another person gives people peace, especially the ones he had affected. He was a horrible man, who would kill on command ......I'm glad he can't hurt any of his people anymore.

I know how you feel but I think it's just closure. Even if we haven't been harmed by the man we know so many others have and it's just closure, to know that a horrible man who hurt so many is gone.
