Girls start at different times. If you are really concerned you can always check with a doctor. But it is not abnormal.

yes all girls start at different ages. i started at 14 1/2. some girls dont start till 16 but if you turn 16 1/2 and still haven't had your period then it would not be normal and you need to visit the doctor. also if you are underweight and play sports alot that can cause it. I was 5'3 and 125 when i started and thats a healthy weight for my height but if i was like 100 lbs then i might not have started. also ask your mom how old she was.

Yes, If a girl hasn't started her period by age 16 then she should see a doctor. It is normal and nothing to worry about. Believe me once you do get it you will wish for forever that it would go away. The fact that it hasn't started doesn't mean anything about how mature you are. I was fully developed and didn't start my period until the summer after my 15th birthday.

Semi-normal. Don't dwell on it. But if you are worried still, then see a female doctor.

Totally! Most girls don't get it until they are like 15 and you have a long way to go. I got mine on my graduation of 5th grade and trust me...YOU DO NOT WANT IT!!
