Specifically, what are the pros and cons? Any guys out there that have had one...regrets?, advise etc. Do the women out there find the piercing erotic, weird? Thanks!

additional info requested - A PA is a piercing that goes through the urethra allowing a ring, barbell, wand to be placed into the urethra and exits the piercing a half inch or so beneath the dorsal side of the penis under the glans.

at my wife's encouragement i received a PA five years ago. it was not as bad as i conjured it up to be. we had to refrain from s-- for about 3 weeks, but from then on the s-- has ben phenominal. the piercing causes out of this world sensations. my wife has told me repeatedly that it hits her c--- with unbelievable esctacy.
bottom line----i take some heat from the guys in the gym, but i wouldn't be without a PA. i've uses horsehoes, barbells, and rings of all sizes. rings are the best.

I've loved every second of having mine. The piercing itself doesn't hurt much and it heals very quickly. The sex is amazing for poth parties involved. It is fun and looks cool too. The only downside is that most guys with one have to sit down to pee. It causes the urine to leak out the piercing hole and spray off the ring. The piercing hole also becomes permanent at some point and will never close if removed. Definitely worth it though. I'm fine with having a second pee hole for life.

I have a 0 ga PA that I've had for ten years. I love it and so does my wife. I would highly recommend getting it done if you are trying to decide. It doesn't hurt much to get it done and it heals quickly, there is a very low risk of complication or infection. Check out wikipedia and bmezine websites for more info.

Piercings generally make me want to throw up. Eyebrows are the worst - double barf!!! I have no idea what a "Prince Albert" piercing is, but I doubt very much that the Prince Consort of Queen Victoria had any kind of piercing.
