i try to copy from my av700 to computer but i get two message / check underneath for messages?

Whichever message comes first is the real error. The second one is probably caused by the first.
How did you try to do the copy? Do you need to install any special drivers for the computer to work with the av700?
If so, make sure you have the latest version of the drivers.
