It could be an urinary tract infection. Go see a doctor because if not taken care of can lead to serious problems. Drink lots of water and cranberry juice.

I would think that the only way to straighten your penis would be with surgery. And that is rather drastic. There's nothing wrong with a curved penis.
Now, that said, if you have pain when you urinate, it could be a bladder infection or something else. I'd consult a doctor!

if you urinate frequently and you have pain it can be urinary track infection, go to your doctor he will do urin test and if you have infection he will give you antibiotics, take care.
