Of course you can. But you cant wear them under any skirt. Dont wear them under polyester long skirts, long skirts period, or designed skirts( skirts with designed fabric). Wear them under long shirts, ripped jeans, short jean skirts, or even shorts. But another word of advice: dont always worry about ehat people are wearing. Start your own fashion trend and people will follow you. just make sure its cute.

Who cares what everyone else is wearing. If leggings under skirts looks cool to you, then rock it! Following trends is lame.

I work at a high school in a heavily populated rich area. About half of the girls are still wearing them. I hope that helps.

They are definently still in. My sister and friends wear them. I see people wearing them all the time at school. Great with keds and flats. Keep on wearing theis great style.

Yeah i've got considered lots of folk do it in the previous, the only difficulty you may want to be careful of is being too uncomplicated, you will desire to the two have patterned shorts with sturdy leggings or sturdy shorts with patterned leggings. desire i helped.

I'm pretty sure thats still in. I like the look. Just be careful that your colors match and that your not overwhelmed whith different prints and patterns. Keep it simple so you dont look like a patchwork quilt. I say why not.

My daughter says that leg warmers (which only go a little below your knee) are very popular and cute with denim miniskirts.

Ya they are still in. Go ahead just make sure it doesn't color clash. UGHHH!!!! Like a Brown skirt with brown leggings. NEVER!!!!!!!!!

I think it looks really cute as long as the skirt isn't to your kness because that makes you look shorter.
