I would say that Michael Jackson would be the best dancer, and his early days like early to mid 80's he would be the best singer?
But James Brown would definately come very, very close.

Shakira was and still is the best singer/dancer of All Time.
In the U.S. people have mostly seen amd heard of her music since 2001 when her crossover CD "Laundry Service" came out, but she has beeen around for quite a long time.

well..i would say Michael JAckson for best dancer of all time..not singer...then again i would say Usher but he hasnt been around long enough for all time...Janet Jackson would be my female choice of best dancer..and whitney houston as best singer...
i dont think anyone would fit both..maybe Usher and Aaliyah
