Legally in the UK, 16. However, you have to 18 to serve Alcohol. But, some bars might raise that to 21.

You have to be the legal age to drink it to be able to serve it, so 18 in the UK. You can however collect glasses at a younger age I believe. Some bars stipulate an age of 21 to serve though.

I do not think there is a specific age to work ON a bar, but to work IN a bar you have to have your state liquor license which yo can get once you are twenty one.
