So they said on E! that there was going to be a pregnancy, a big kiss, and a proposal coming up in the new episodes. Any ideas?
I'm thinking Christina and Preston the proposal, and maybe Alex and Addison the big kiss (just throwing it out there...) and some token secondary character the pregnancy, or Dr Tores...

I would have thought Meredith and Derek are he proposal.
Addison seems to be the pregnancy from her behavior of late.
And Izzie and George would be the big kiss.
Derek is not the kind to waste time.
Addison had sex with Derek and Mark and broke down in tears over the patient who lost her baby.
And, George's parents were pointing out that there is a strong connection between Izzie and George that sooner or later must result in chemistry.

Big Kiss = Alex and Addison, I saw a preview for it after this past week's rerun.
Proposal, def George and Callie. If that relationship was really over, no one would still be talking about it. Plus, she would have no real purpose on the show if she is not connected with anyone. Her screwing mcsteamy could be written out so fast. So it has to be them. Or they have to get back together at least.
I would bet on Bailey getting pregnant again. It just works. She's in a relationship and already has a kid. I doubt they would play the doctor/parent card with another character this early in the season esp since that has been a big story line with Bailey for most of season two and three. It would be redundant.

I saw in the commerical that addison and alex were kissing and i also saw Izzie kissing someone, i think it was Preston...

One thought comes to my mind at the thought of that showVery entertaining but TOTALLY unrealistic!!! I have worked in a hospital....nothing REMOTELY similar to the episodes of this show go on in a REAL hospital. "HOUSE" is FAR more realistic...
both are Hollywood.
I do not mean to sound harsh...it is just SOOOOO absurd that it is difficult to get too serious about it.

I think it will be Tores whom becomes pregnate and she'll have to tell the father ( mcsteamy or george!!!!) SOrry though but i think it wont be George

Ooooh... Dr. Torres being pregnant would be awesome. I have no idea. It seems like it might be very juicy though!
