My bf and i have been dating for close to a year and a half. We don't do that much together anymore. And he was working out of the country and soon he will be leaving again. How can i make our realtionship closer and Stronger?

EASY!!!!
Spice things up! Do something new. Take him someplace special. Make him an awesome meal. There are a ton of things you can do. Be more spontaneous.
Heres one thing you can do....
Put a chair in the center of the room. When your BF comes home, he will be like... why the heck is the chair in the middle of the room, and will more then likely put it back. For like 2 or 3 consecutive days do this. Put the chair in the center of the room. Then on the 3rd or 4th day... when he would start getting really pissed... :) Put an awesome gift on the chair (maybe something you made, something he wants and you bought, or just a love letter), and hide yourself in a back room (peeking without letting him see you). Then come out in just your boxers and start going crazy on him, use the chair of course. Then order dinner in and watch a movie. Or go out. Whatever you want.
Just spice up your relationship. Do something unexpected. It sounds like the problem is you have gotten to "use to each other". There are a million things you can do like this that will give the relationship a new twist.
Also find some new sexual way to pleasure him. Or take him to a restaurant, then take him to the bathroom and do it in a public place... now that's crazy!!!
