It is believed that the 4th Hokage aka Yondaime is Naruto's father. In some scroll he got theres written 'Arashi Uzumaki' aka the Fourth Hokage. But people aren't exactly sure WHO Naruto's father is, but the 4th Hokage seems to be the best bet...they have some of the same physical features too.
I think Sasuke comes back after the time skip...not quite sure...I just know his outfit looks like he's wearing a dress with a pretzel tied on in the back

Sorry you guys, but the 4th might not be Naruto's father. I heard my brother say that the 4th was Naruto's older brother. it's weird but no one really knows at this point. anyways, if the 4th was, then who was the mother.
oh and Sasuke comes back into the picture when two and a half years, gone by and the team gets a new teammate. they go on a rescue mission and try to get sasuke back.

Naruto's father could possibly be The Fourth Hokage, but there is no proof of that yet and Sasuke won't come back until after the timeskip.

people who study the manga could desire to possibly provide you some spoilers if that's what you pick, yet i'm no longer considered one of them, i'm in simple terms going to grant my very own opinion from faithfully observing the anime consequently far: i think of after Naruto is achieved coping with Nagato, Konoha will could desire to stand Madara, the actual guy at the back of all of it, and that i think of Sasuke will come lower back at that element to save the day in an extremely good uchiwa combat! for my section, Sasuke lied to Madara and truly intends to pursue Itachi's will in saving the leaf village and reuniting with its human beings. Or that's what i'm hoping reason I by no skill gave up on Sasuke ;)

I'm not sure who exactly is Naruto's father, but I think it's the Yondaime...
As for when Sasuke's coming back, I don't think he'll come anytime soon (in the anime that is), I haven't read up to that part in the manga.

The fourth hokage is narutos dad when he defeited the 9 tails fox he sealed it in his own son with the time he had left to live and i dont know whene sasuke will come back but i cant wait till he does

no body knows anything about narutos father because nothings has been revealed yet.

Sasuke comes back afte the time skip. for a short while he is still with orochimaru. sasuke has become extremely strong he beatt almost everyone in narutos party including naruto

some people specualte that the 4th hokage was naruto's dad, but it's still unknown....and no idea about sasuke, sorry
