There is a new one by L'Oreal Paris called Bare Naturale, it is so new I cannot even find it on the website...I saw a display with samples at Shopper's Drug Mart in Canada, this stuff goes on like Bare Minerals and is only about 17 dollars and is all in one container, including a soft chisel brush...try to find a display, Penelope Cruz is the model on the display, I think her hair is up...find a colour that matches your natural skin tone and will even you out...
Try some clear mascara, cover girl has a nice one or a tone that matches your actual lash colour in that lLashexact brand, Bonne Belle Lip Glaze in Cuddle and some Bonne Bell Blend n' Glow in light to medium or medium to dark, depending on your skin tone...
have a nicely groomed brow, also tamed by the clear mascara, not necessarily an over tweezed one, natural a la Jennifer Connelly on the cover of Marie Claire is coming into style as a more fashion forward look now...
these colours look great on every one and pink is flattering to everyone, if done in natural tones...

Ah the natural look. Good choice. You're a wise one. If you want to look natural, apply makeup with a light hand. Less is more. Go for soft colors, but since you have tan skin, I wouldn't suggest putting on an ultra light cotton candy pink blush. That might look like you borrowed a kindergarten kid's Bratz blush. You can still wear soft pinks, but go for a more rosey pink. If you don't need much coverage when it comes to foundation, but you just need to even out your skin tone, then buy foundation specifically formulated for that. Finish off with a light dusting of translucent powder. If you do need coverage, I like Covergirl's Ultimate Finish liquid powder make-up. You get it all done in one easy step. After you apply it with the sponge applicator that comes with it, it leaves your skin with a velvety finish. No need for powder.
Apply blush on the apples of your cheeks for a natural glow. To find the apples of your cheeks, simply smile really big and apply on the highest point on your cheeks and blend in a circular motion.
What to do with the eyes? Well, if you feel you need liner, a thin line just on the upper eye lid only, with either a pencil or liquid liner will do just fine. Apply a mascara that's formulated not to clump or flake on upper lashes only.
Finish off with a lipstick, don't forget to blot, or a soft color in a gloss. Beautiful!

Covergirl and Maybelline both have these 4 or 3 kit eyeshadows. Look for neutral colors, covergirl indicates neutrals by a small square on the label.
In 4 kits use the darkest as an eyeliner on top, the 2nd darkest as a liner on the bottom and in the crease on the lid, the 3rd darkest on the lid, and the lightest right under the brow.

I love Bare Essentials, and Target sells a cheaper version called Mineral Wear. Both are talc-free, go on light, and don't cause the breakouts that all other make-up has caused me.

well use a color of foundation/cover up that is a good match for you. blend, blend, blend. try lining your eyes in a warm yellow or nude tone to still define but not exagerate. just use warm colors close to your unique color and tone.
brand wise, anything will work as long as it can be a match for you. maybe even a light dust of bronzer will make you shine
good luck

Use any foundation/concealer and a nice mascara.
That's all you need.
Clear face and nice eyelashes.
