When I opened the dvd packet from one end, it kind of trashed the whole package. Is it ok to tape one end closed? And honestly, is it really free postage to mail it back?

yeah I have etflix too. My kids are always destroying the envelopes. If you had more then one movie shipped to you you are able to put both disks (& sleeves) into one of the red envelopes, if you only had one come to you then just tape it. I just taped one the other day and they got it no problem. Yes it is free shipping when you put it in one of their envelopes for return.

Yes you can tape it but next time try to be more careful sometime they may not be so understanding because their disk could possibly be lost in the mail.
There is free postage because seriously if you had to pay for all the stamps you would be paying more each month for them than for the movies.=)

Netflix is a great service, and yes, the postage is free. Also, for future references, when you get the packages, carefully open them along the dotted lines, to prevent messing up the package.
If you have more than one package, you can send 2 discs in one package, if you'd prefer to do that.

Yup - it is "free shipping" - just drop it in the mail! Don't worry about the envelope being ripped, as long as it is pretty much intact.

Just tape it closed - you could also go to the netflix website - they have trouble shooting questions that tell you what to do if you loose the envelope.

do no longer open it. Write "return to sender" on the envelope and hand it back to the mailman. it might desire to be possible to fill out a general rejection statement on the placed up place of work. isn't there some regulation interior the u . s . approximately sending unsolicited mail? Use that to shield your self.
