Get to know a few of those 'beautiful' girls. You'll find out. They're usually so obsessed with themselves, they have no time for guys. A beautiful, friendly girl who has a personality and listens to people when they talk, will be swamped with men.

As being one of those girls...I am not shallow. I am single because I choose to be. I won't go out with the common lustful Joe, because he will just want to get in my pants, or treat me disrespectfully. First I have to make a strong friendship and develop trust, and slowly move on to somthing bigger. I have gone out with boys, and learned from my mistakes. I hope this helps you understand.

Because we realise that men are a pain in the a$$ and more trouble than they're worth. BF's of beautiful girls tend to be possessive, insecure, jealous and paranoid.

probably guys are a bit intimidated, and the beautiful girls probably feel like they aren't going to just go out with anybody (in a conceited or nonconceited way) while girls who aren't quite as fortunate probably feel like they aren't gunna get this hot smart perfect guy, so they say yes to pretty much anybody who asks them out.
and everybody needs to stop bashing girls who are beautiful, there are plenty that have great personalities and aren't the shallow whores you are describing.

Because they are too picky and always think that they can do better. Also, they have too much fun being with many partners. they will want to settle when the looks run out.
