I'm feeling dizzy right now..just happened as I was packing. This is the fourth time I've felt dizzy this month. I didn't have that before this month. What could be the reason for this dizziness?

Lots of things. You might have low blood sugar - have you been eating right lately?

You could also have something like sinus infection - if you have bad allergies or have had a cold lately, that could cause it.

Ear infections can also cause an imbalance like this.

I would go to the doctor so they can run some tests. Symptoms like dizziness usually mean that something else is going on that should be treated.

Sounds like you are getting up too fast. The body's blood pressure needs to adjust so do it more gradually. Sit forward in the chair or if lying on a bed, sit on the edge of the bed for a few seconds before getting up. I doubt that thinking too much or lack of sleep would cause this. Just to help though, going to bed at midnight is not good. The sleep you get before midnight is much more beneficial to you. 5 hours is not enough for you at 16 years of age. So overall, eat healthily, get your proper sleep and have an older female adult if you are female, who can be a mentor so you can talk things over with rather than thinking too much. I find having a note pad and pen by the bed helps. Write things down and deal with them later. Take care.

Are you nervous? You could be very tired. Sleep deprivation is the worst for a human body, besides not getting enough water (which is also what you should look into). If you aren't eating properly, this could also be a problem. I would recommend resting before you continue packing though.

Could be any number of things. Low blood sugar, rising too fast, inner ear infection just to name a few. Suggest you put off packing and make an appointment to see your doctor. Better to play it safe.

many possible reasons - pregnancy
not enough liquid drink -
not enough sleep -
drug abuse -
body refrains from vomiting -
could you have a food poisoning ?
stop packing see a doctor otherwise you may faint -
rubb underneath your arms the ribb cage up left down right
to increase body energy so left up right down - in case of food poisoning this will activate vomiting which is wanted -
rubb for at least ten minutes - pressure 2 kg - with knuckles
take 60 seconds for each move - so you move slowly

My father was recently experiencing dizziness, vertigo, as he called it, and was diagnosed with a sinus infection. He took antibiotics, and is fine now. I would, however, suggest that you look into your sugar levels, and see your doctor. All the best.

It may be a good idea to see a doctor. You need to get your blood sugar and blood pressure checked. Hope you feel better soon. Best of luck to you.

Possibly low blood pressure.

Since this is an ongoing thing, it makes sense to see your doctor.
