i have such a bloated tummy and my vagina aches,my nipples are very sore..sometimes this goes on for a week before my period..how does one make it easier?

try taking midol, which is specially made for the sucky symptoms of periods
if its rlly that bad get it checked out by a doctor or just take meds and ull get relief

try the following babes...

Evening primrose oil

Iron tablets

lots of water always

less tea and coffee

lots of exercise

sometimes, going on to mini pill helps.

hot baths, heating pads, ibuprofen, & hot chamomile tea-or perscription painkillers-stay away from salty foods, and sugary foods which cause bloating.
