Contact a doctor right away. Did she have tests done or is this something normal?

Your best bet is to take her to an ER. The fact that she is sleeping now may also mean she's dehydrated. Without knowing what she may have taken or eaten she needs medical attention.

are you talking about your wife ? if her stool is clear than tyhat means she must ahve took something to clear her stomach like a contrast or she might have GI problems if i were u consult a doctor but before consult god :)
