The proportions are all wrong for a banner, especially a static one. I would separate the top text and bottom drawing, resize both and then make it an animated banner with first the words and then the pix using Paintshop Pro and then put them together using the animation software also available in Paintshop Pro.

Nope, too much height to be a good banner.
I would cut it into three pieces if i were you.
Plus I charge fifty bucks an hour for webwork.

It's easy to resize...do you have photoshop?

You need to extend the sides to make it rectangular...best way would be to shrink it then center it on a black rectangular layer.

Put the picture in your my pictures then double click on it. Then on the bottom click on the icon next to the ? mark, and then you can edit it.

open with paint and go to image menu and click strech/skew and adjust it from there..
