If pantyhose, do you normally skip the panties?

I always love the sight of sheer pantyhose on a girl wearing a short skirt. As much as I enjoy seeing stocking tops, the sight of hosiery going on forever is very exciting. I love to see sexy panties under the pantyhose too...it just looks better -- leaving something to my imagination. :)

It is really always OK to wear pantyhose. They are comfortable, provided you get the right size and good quality. They are being worn a lot less nowadays, but that is mainly due to the continuous brainwashing by the so called fashion experts. Most people are followers and thus we have the current dismal bare leg trend. In a professional setting pantyhose are definitely a must, contrary to what most are saying these days. It just looks better, more sophisticated and they make legs look a lot better and more attractive. It is very good to wear pantyhose with skirts and dresses, and that not only in the workplace. Of course they look good with shorts as well. Pantyhose can be worn with anything.

I suppose it depends on the effect you want to have. Generally, pantyhose would be the best choice because they would not show a stocking top. Panties also would usually be worn.
If she was trying to tease, stockings would be the best choice, so she could flash her stocking tops and garter straps if wearing a garter belt.
Only under the most unusual circumstances should she go without panties in either situation.

I always wear stockings and a garter belt with skirts. The only time I wear pantyhose is skiing, and with hot pants or shorts.

- thats what prefer a girl to wear all the time
i also wish they would skip the panties every time they wore pantyhose

I prefer SHEER PANTYHOSE. They are sooooo very silky and feel awesome. Love rubbing a sheer pantyhosed foot and toes, luv the smell of feet and toes in hose too,,,yummyyyyyyyyyy

If u r talking about girls age 15 and under with a short shirt, I would suggest tights. They are real fashionable and come in different prints and colors. And underwear yes to wear either before putting them on or after. If u r talking about young ladies and women it depends on how daring they want to be.

I love stockings under my short skirts. I love to sit down and slide just a touch so that my garter can be seen from one side. That is pretty hot, and I have had many women comment on it. I hvae got a lot of dates out of it...
