birth control pills can mess up a woman's cycle. it doesn't matter what form of bc you take. it can take up to 4 months before your cycle is "regular". which i know can be scarey when you are having sex.

sometimes stress can play a role in it too. are you physcially active? such as exercise a lot? i know for some girls that are i a lot of sports in hs can delay starting their period bc of all the activity going on.

don't worry too much yet. i suggest waiting another couple weeks and take another pregnancy test if there is a possibly you are pregnant. if it still comes back a no, and you still have no period, then contact your gyno.

Don't worry about it. It may take a while for your body to get back into sync. You would have started your period immediately after stopping the pills anyway, whether it was your regular time or not. That's just how they work. Give it a week and take another test, if you're worried, but you'll prolly get your period before then.

It should've been on time, but everyone's bodies react differently with birth control. Just to be on the safe side, you should take another pregnancy test in another week. Sometimes, the results are different if you take it too soon. If it's still negative, then I wouldn't worry. You could take a pregnancy test every week until you have a period just to make yourself feel comfortable.

well getting off the pill can take awhile before you period is normal. but i know for me i got off it right after my plecbos and i was fine and never had a problem. dont worry about it. If its been two weeks and you still haven't had your period then go to the doctor. but periods do what they want to and sometimes when you put things into your body and take it away your body freaks out. your fine.also you can't take a pregnancy test until you've been late for two weeks because thats when the results are more accurate.
