my car was at least running before then i relocated my coils and icm. the car will crank but not start. fuel pump works, i'm getting fuel through the schrader valve and i'm getting spark, everything is connected correctly and all fuses are good.

this is on a 3.1 MPFI

i have the icm bracket grounded good. the only time it even remotely acts like it wants to start is after letting it sit for about 20-30 minutes right when you turn the key it'll fire then that'll be it for the next 20-30 minutes or i believe it will also do this if i jump the pump wire straight to the batt. then press the shrader valve to get alot of fuel to come out and then turn the key it has the same effect. it acts like it's starving for fuel but i don't see how especially when it ran before i relocated the coils and icm. i'm at a loss.

i also just tested the fuel pressure and when i jump the gray (prime wire with the batt. i get 47 and when i take the wire off the pressure holds at 42. now i have no idea what is normal just trying to input as much information as i can. this again is for 3.1 MPFI

You mixed the spark plug wires or the wires to the coils up.

You have a ground connection through the body of the coil or icm not connected to metal of the car.
