Yes, nothing wrong with refurbished.

Heck I buy used (not even refurbished) vacuum cleaners all the time. At least a couple a year.

When I clean a rental I buy a decent used vaccum (under $15.00) and used while cleaning and painting the place. It save me from taking my vacuum to the rental. I always worry that I may drap little crrepy crawlies back to my house if I use my vacuum.

Whenever I have a renter without a vacuum, I always have a used one on hand to give them. It saves my carpet in the long run. I usually have 2-3 on hand in my garage at all times.

As long as it's a good make only because they r pretty cheap now at Walmart but if your looking for the best like one that is made out of airplane part which is a really good 1 or 1 that doesn't let dust back in the air which isn't cheap then i would go for it cuz it's cheaper n that just my price.lol have a great new year.

Yes, I learned all that most machines need a good cleaning and they work like new. I have cleaned mine a few times and it runs great.

Yes, of course. A vacuum is just that as long as it works and has suction.

Why would you buy a vacuum? There's nothing in it.
