How can I get Mirage Island in Pokemon Emerald to be visible?

I've been playing for two years and never saw Mirage Island...what gives??

I need some kind of hint or strategy plz.

The appearance of Mirage Island is determined by certain set values that pokémon have. If at any point, the value of any pokémon in your party match the number of mirage island, the island will appear. The number changes daily and if the island doesn't appear, you can go to the box and change pokémon in an attempt to make it appear. Once it's appeared, just surf oto it.

Truth be told, there isn't very much to Mirage Island. A rare type of berry called a Liechi berry grows there. There's only one so use it wisely. It ups the holder's attack stat if its HP falls below 225% The other noible thing on the island is the appearance of Wynaut. You may have one from the egg in Lavaridge, but they appear in the wild here, ranging from level 5 to level 30

There is nothing that you can do to make Mirage Island appear. It's simply a matter of luck. I'm sure you know this, but to see if it is there, you have to go to Pacifidlog Town and talk to the old man looking out the eastern window in the easternmost house. If he sees Mirage Island, then go there immediately. It's a very rare occurance. Good luck with this.

you have to go to the city on the water next to it and there is a guy you talk to and when he says something like (i can see something today ) not really exactly that just go to mirage island (it might take a lot of waiting

A man in Pacifidlog Town will tell you. He will tell you so when the conditions are right the gentleman will tell you but not exact details. Ps. I have not been there too lol.
