Black Sabbath - Paranoid
Take your pick out of them, its too tight for me to pick 1.

This is easy... KISS ALIVE! The first metal album to break through the pop charts and still be street music. Not over produced or screwed with by the record company to make it commercial.
It also captured the feel of a metal concert. And face metal is about the concert scene, not just the records.
