calledMicrosoft and they repaired installation over the internet. IE7 works great now.

IE7 requires genuine Windows so it check Activation, If fails it cancels the setup. Try using cracked IE7.

What kind of problem are you having? I would make sure that you have downloaded and installed all critical updates from the windows update website first before trying to install IE7. I have installed it on about 10 systems so far. It has worked just fine for me and my clients.

is your copy of windows xp valid?
when you go to install IE7, it does a check on your computer to see if you have a pirated cop oy XP. there are ways to get around that, someone did it for "my friend", but i dont know how.

Windows Xp should already have a updated internet explorer.
It problbly cant support it.

because Internet Explorer 7 sucks, its very bug ridden, and not compatible with anything.
