I have a friend, who coupled up with this guy he met on Myspace. They only knew each other for 2-3 days before he 'proposed' her to be his girlfriend. I somehow think it's ridiculous 'cos my friend sort of take it seriously.

Meanwhile, the guy used to have a crush on my friend, which is also a guy. He kept disturbing my friend, sending him messages and stuff to attract his attention. But since my friend hated gays, he completely ignored him. Lately, my guy friend was seeing this one girl, and I think that gay guy was jealous and I think he wanted to make my friend jealous by uhm, having a girlfriend.

So, I think the gay guy was kinda using my friend.
How on earth do I tell my friend about that? I feel the urge to help her but I just don't know how.

Show her proof of what is going on. Postings in chat can be copied, saved, etc. Get other witnesses to "prove" what you are saying and explain your actions are to try and protect her from being used and hurt because she IS your friend.

Stay out of it and be there for her, she will definitely need a good friend like you when the house of cards caves in.
i would casually suggest that she use condoms in case it gets to THAT level.
That could save her life.
Other than that, say nothing,
she might think that you are jealous of her new relationship...Everyone reading this knows that it wont last and sometimes experience is the best teacher.
Let her make her own mistakes and just dont tell her "I knew it", when the obvious happens!

Send her what you just posted up above! A true girlfriend never leaves her friend in the dark!!! She may hate you being the messenger but you would be doing the right thing and down the road she will thank you for it. Good Luck!
