By that I mean, what vitamins are in it, I know it has the B vitamin, but which ones, what else does it have in it?

(SO FAR BOTH ANSWERS ARE WRON) there is no potassium (or very little) in ACV also it might be nasty acid, but I am asking what vitamins/minerals are in it

the only apple cider vinegar that is healthful is the unpasturized vinegar,

apples are a rich source of potassium

potassium, phosphorus, natural organic sodium, magnesium, sulphur, iron, copper, natural organic fluorine, slilcon, trace minerals and pectin.

this is from the bragg book of apple cider vinegar, it doesnt list the acutal vitamins contained in it.
