What universities offer online math courses at the level of third and fourth year college math major level?

Question

I am not looking for courses in calculus, which are more for freshmen. A few examples of what I am looking for are Number Theory and College Geometry.

I am also not interested in universities that only exist online, such as Phoenix and Walden.

I have not heard of any, and to be honest it wouldnt make sense to have higher level courses offered online.

For upper level math courses, it seems reasonable to meet in a class room and have a lecture.

I believe that none. Even the ones you are mentioning...
NO serios mathematician (the kind that can teach number theory or geometry) will teach a course only on-line. .
