im 17 and i get my period once a year and experience spotting every month. do you think vitex or some kind of vitamins can help me? ive heard that vitex works really well. thank you

I take vitex...i havent had a period in over a year and i started taking it and had one within 2 weeks...im completely regular i get one every month around the15th...its great...you really should try it! Goodluck to you!
