some of the songs i just downloaded (from a site other than itunes) have this, and i dont think they are going on my ipod...why? are they the wrong format? how can i fix this? or is it something else??
please help me

that ( !) occurs hen the song or file is copyright protected and you need the licence to use the file. and without that you are unable to use on a mp3 player

it means it can't find the song. it did that to me too. if you still have the songs saved put them back into iTunes because it lost the location of those songs. Simple!

if u download them from a site like Limewire or bear share, if you delete the songs off the computer, the ! sign will show because it is no longer available from your compiter. if you try to play the song from iTunes, it will say it is not available.

if any music interior the album has some thing undesirable in it, the music could have the categorical next to it. the music you seem up isn't inevitably undesirable. seem up the lyrics first once you're frightened approximately it however. I had to describe this to my mom :)

it means that it cannot find the location of the song on your C drive...so just click on it and look for the song on which file u saved it in and yeah! Problem solved! =D

it could also mean the file was moved from the original location so Itunes can't find it.
