Secret codes can only be used once so if it's already been registered, it won't work for you. If someone gives you their secret code for an already created account, it means you could log in and spend all their kinzcash, steal all their items, and/or change their password and lock them out of their account. Now maybe you'll get lucky and find someone kind enough to give you an account they no longer use, but if they give that same code to anyone else then you won't have a secure account and someone else could steal all the stuff you work to earn on the site. Plus the accounts are only good for 12 months so you may get an old one that's about to expire, which doesn't really do you any good. It might be worth the risk but then again... maybe not.
The accounts are very cheap, less than $8 for a Lil'kinz. Or check out Millsberry for a free version. Not as interactive but similar concept.
