I don't think I'll be a great ruler. God will never accept to be "President" of this sick world. He is to kind in punishing the criminals. Those will always be present in our universe because Good exists as long as Evil does so we have tow extremes to compare. The world will need something between these tow extremes capable of telling "political" lies in order to protect the community, to be cunning when needed, strong...it will be impossible for a single man to rule over the world... imagine all the stress...he'll be dead in no time or he will resign in no time. I believe not even a strong coalition between the finest rulers our world has ever had will end corrupted at a certain point.
I must add that ever if Thomas Aquino or others thought royalty is the best regime for a country, Ludovico XIV in France proved it can degenerate and create the worst form, as Plato and Aristotle showed: the tyrannic regime.

Ya dang straight I would, then I would tell the world, No guns shall ever be made. There will be no war. Any caught participateing or trying to start a war will be exiled to Washington DC. If you cannot get along, move along. The Penguin is the World Bird and that Duckbilled Platypus is the World Mascot. There will be no points or scores kept on anything, if you do good and have fun, you win.
Choose 9 people to run the world for 1 year only, no pay, then choose 9 more, tis shall repeat for perpetuity. this is the law.
I resign.

Who would really want to be a king?... Doesn't seem all that desirable to me... Though the morality of blowing up the world is an interesting one... Were you to blow up the world, everyone would die instantly, and as such it wouldn't cause any pain, and would prevent any pain from ever taking place in any human life ever again... So why does it have a negative connotation?

Interestingly, I would if I could save one person. If I could take my wife with me and we start the world over as Noah and his wife did...Then I would. As bad as the world is, I wouldn't "save" it if it meant losing my wife, because she means more to me than the world.

If we could start the world over, There would be no money. There would be no god. I believe god and money are the King and Queen of evil and power it's Prince, jealousy it's Princess. Hate my analogy all you want, but any problem any one has ever had, can trace its root back to one of those 4 things and ultimately to god and money. Education, real education would be key, from the youngest age. Teaching tolerance and patience. With those skills and the absence of the "evils" I think the world could be a wonderful place to be. But again, if it meant losing my wife, I wouldn't do it.
